PICTORIAL EXCERPT: Katsina Road Safety Commander Visits Bishop Gerald Musa The Katsina State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Corps Commander Maxwell K. Lede, paid a courtesy visit to the Catholic Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Katsina, Most Rev. Gerald Mamman Musa, at the Bishop’s Office in Katsina. The visit highlighted the cordial relationship between the FRSC and the Church, emphasizing shared commitments to public safety, moral responsibility, and community development.
