It was a memorable and grace-filled evening as Bishops, Priests, Religious and lay faithful gathered for the Gala Night marking the 20th Episcopal Ordination Anniversary of His Grace, Most Rev. Dr. Augustine Obiora Akubeze, the Archbishop of Benin-City.
The celebration was further enriched with the launch of a remarkable book titled โThe Prophetic Voice of a Shepherd: Selected Homilies and Addresses (2021โ2026)โ, authored by the celebrant.
The book stands as a profound reflection of his pastoral voice, capturing years of spiritual insight, teaching, and guidance to the faithful.
In attendance from our Diocese of Kontagora are: our very own Bishop, Most Revd. Dr. Bulus Dauwa Yohanna and the Vicar General Administration Very Rev. Fr. Musa John Gado. It was a moment of unity and thanksgiving to God for the gift of His Graceโs life and 20 years of dedicated episcopal ministry.
