The Annual Retreat of the priests of the Catholic Diocese of Kafanchan continued with a grace-filled celebration of the Holy Mass, presided over by Most Rev. Dr. Gerald Mamman Musa, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Katsina, on Day Two of the retreat.

Gathered in an atmosphere of prayer, communion and thanksgiving, the priests participated in the Eucharistic celebration as an important moment of spiritual renewal and reflection during the retreat.

The celebration of the Holy Mass offered the priests an opportunity to draw strength from the altar and renew their commitment to Christ and to the sacred mission entrusted to them as shepherds of God’s people.

Bishop Gerald Musa’s presence and celebration of the Eucharist further enriched the retreat, providing a moment of fraternity and spiritual communion among the priests as they continued their retreat journey.

The retreat remains an opportunity for the priests to step away from their regular pastoral responsibilities, deepen their relationship with God and renew their commitment to faithful service in the Church.

As the retreat continues, prayers are offered for the grace, strength and perseverance of all priests, that they may continue to serve God’s people with love, humility and dedication.

Lord, bless and keep our priests. Amen.
