In a gesture of Christian solidarity with the Catholic Diocese of Katsina, the Bishop, priests, religious, Knights, and lay faithful gathered at Holy Family Cathedral to celebrate a Memorial Mass for the peaceful repose of the soul of Late Rt. Msgr. Joseph Keke.

The Mass was offered in prayerful remembrance of the late Monsignor, who dedicated many years of his life to the service of God and the Church. The gathering also provided an opportunity for the faithful to stand in solidarity with the Catholic Diocese of Katsina and the family of the deceased during this period of mourning.

The Diocese expressed its heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Monsignor, as well as to the Bishop of Katsina, Most Rev. Dr. Gerald Mamman Musa, the clergy, religious, and the entire Catholic Diocese of Katsina.

The memorial celebration reflected the unity and fraternity of the Catholic Church, as the faithful entrusted the soul of the departed to the mercy of God, with hope in the resurrection and eternal life.

May the soul of Late Rt. Msgr. Joseph Keke rest in the peace of Christ. Amen.
