DIOCESAN ZUMUNTAN MATAN KATOLIKA Conference to Hold in Katsina Diocese. The Catholic Docese of Katsina has announced the upcoming Maiden edition of the DIOCESAN ZUMUNTAN MATAN KATOLIKA Conference, scheduled to take place from 26th to 28th February 2026. The conference, themed “GODIYA (Thanksgiving)” expected to bring together Catholic women from across the diocese for three days of prayer, reflection, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. The theme emphasizes gratitude to God for His countless blessings and faithfulness. This year’s gathering will be hosted at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Maikambu Parish, where participants will engage in liturgical celebrations, teachings, and communal activities aimed at strengthening faith and unity among women in the Church. The Chaplains (Frs Kelvin Obineche and Reuben Amodu) and other Church leaders have encouraged all members of the association to attend and actively participate in what promises to be a spiritually enriching and unifying event, as the Bishop of the Diocese (Most Rev Dr Gerald Musa) will also be present to grace the diocesan event/occasion.
